The medical equipment collection of the National Museum of Transylvanian History reflects the medical history of Cluj and includes objects used in the local hospitals and offices between the end of the 19th century and the 1980s. Prof. Pompiliu Manea has donated the largest lot in 1997. The items are grouped according to medical specialties (stomatology, ophthalmology, radiography etc.).
