28. Renaissance Portal, Naláczy House, Cluj-Napoca, Mănăşturului Street (now Memorandumului Street No. 3), 1586

The former Naláczy House features the only Renaissance portal with an inscription in Hungarian from pre-modern Cluj. From the same house, a fragment of a door frame decorated with the monogram "NI" and the relief of a chalice, a symbol of a silversmith, was transported to the museum. This symbol has been identified in the specialized literature as belonging to either the Cluj silversmith István Nagybányai or János Nyirő.
