Sarcophagus made by reusing other funerary monuments; place of discovery: Napoca (Cluj-Napoca; Avram Iancu str.); the original monuments are dated in the 2nd - 3rd century AD, and the repurposing is dated in the 3rd - 4th century AD.

The tomb consisted of a profiled funerary block, that was hollowed out on the side opposite of the inscription, and therefore transformed into a sarcophagus box. It was completed at the end with an aedicula roof and two bases of funerary monuments. Thus joined, the box had a flat lid formed by the two monument bases. Inside, the bottom of the box was hollowed out, but a cushion-like elevation was left on the end. The grave goods consisted of four ornamental hairpins made of bone, bronze, silver and gold leaf.

The inscribed monument mentions Claudius Valentinus, who lived to be 20, and was ordered by his mother, Valeria Valentina. Below the last line of the inscription, the ligature O + P + T appears in the word opto and s(it) t(ibi) t(erra) l(evis) are engraved inside the letter O, on either side of the stem of the letter P. Also, inside the letter O from the word filio (line 5), a cross.
