Votive altar dedicated to Jupiter Optimus Maximus by the municipality of Napoca, through the care of the quinquennales duumviri Caius Numerius Decianus and Iulius Ingenuus. The shrine testifies to the rank of municipium of the city of Napoca (Municipium Aelium Hadrianum) received during the reign of Emperor Hadrian (117-138 AD).
